1. All orders will be shipped from London, United Kingdom via Royal Mail / Parcelforce or UPS. If you want to use another shipping method, please feel free to contact us via email or toll free phone.
2. WHEN USING GOOGLE CHECKOUT, please note that the shipping cost is calculated using Parcelforce Rates. Since we can only offer one shipping method with Google Checkout, we offer Parcelforce since it more cost effective compared to UPS. If you would like to get your purchase shipped via UPS, please choose an alternative method of payment.
3. Sorry local pickup is not available.
4. Items are generally shipped out the next business day after payment has been verified (Sat. & Sun. excluded.)
Delivery Time
All the items listed for sale are in stock and will be shipped on the next business day you place your order. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on next Monday. The delivery time of the order will depend on the type of shipping option chosen by you. (Note: business days are Monday through Friday. Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays are excluded). If the items you ordered are out of stock, we will contact you by email or telephone.
Postage Rates
Our postage rates include the expense of shipping only. A handling charge is of GBP 2.50 is applied to all orders. All shipping is calculated based on rates provided by UPS and parcelforce.
VAT
We are not VAT registered and VAT, is therefore, currently not applicable to our products.

We warrant that the products sold in our website, other than explicitly stated, are hand painted or handmade by artist Nausheen Sheikh. If you change your mind and want to return the item, you can contact us to ship the product back. Return within thirty (30) days from purchase can be for exchange, credit or refund at our discretion. NO REFUND accepted after 30 days of receipt. A product returned for refund or exchange must be in its original packaging, and it must be complete, and undamaged. Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items. For your protection, we strongly recommend that you insure your return shipment against loss or damages, and that you use a shipper that can provide you with proof of delivery. Refunds / credit will be issued only after we have received the returned product and are satisfied that it has arrived in its original state.
Non-Acceptance Policy
Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch to you of the Products ordered, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order, or you have cancelled it within THREE hours of placing it.
Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:

If you choose to ship via UPS, you may check the box for shipping insurance to get shipping insurance for the product. We DO NOT accept any liability for any damage caused to the product by Parcelforce, Royal Mail or UPS. By ordering from NausheenSheikh.com, you agree to indemnify us of any liability in the event that the product is damaged by the shipping carrier or one of their representatives. We apologize for the inconvenience, but currently this is a risk we cannot take.
